Hi — I’m Crystal Park, a product designer who thrives in new and shifting contexts, with a foundation in 0-to-1 product launches, conversational AI design, and systems design.

 

At CLASSUM, a B2B SaaS learning platform, I worked across CMS tools, AI-referencing data systems, and e-learning experiences—which left me deeply interested in how people classify, organize, and edit information, and how that structure shapes what they can trust and understand.

 

Having designed conversational AI experiences, I’ve also been sitting with a question: does AI have to interact with people through chat? I’m curious about what other forms that interaction could take.

 

Outside of work, I’m happiest near the water—freediving is my favorite way to unwind. And since I hold dual U.S. and Korean citizenship, my birthday technically spans two days across time zones, so I like to think I get to celebrate twice.
